A word of welcome:

Finally there's a place to workout where everyone can develop and achieve personal fitness goals, be it actual fighting, fat-burning, or body toning. A place where you can actually sweat without having to look neat and cool, as required at the various up-scale gyms around Taipei City.
We are all friends after hours and enjoy everything from party nights to camping trips with the club.  Find workout schedules and more below..!

Mission and Objectives:

The objective of Taipei Kickboxing (aka Cheap Hippie Kickboxing) is to build stamina, develop technique (balance and control), tone and develop all muscle groups, all while learning how to fight. It's great for staying fit and learning how to defend oneself.

All levels of experience are welcome to join the training, as the team will be divided into groups according to skill and goals. We work hard at making our workouts demanding for all students regardless of fitness skill, and have rightfully earned our reputation as "...the best workout alternative in Taipei City...",  as quoted by lifestyle magazine, This Month in Taiwan (Feb. 2008).

Taipei kickboxing is about making new friendships, getting into shape and learning the skill of Kickboxing!

Training Hours:
                      
  • Beginner & Intermediate Classes

>> Tuesday and Thursday (8-10pm)

  • Fighting Classes

>> Tuesday and Thursday (8-10.30pm)

No Signup is required - Just Show Up!

What Do I Bring:

  • Training cloths incl. running shoes
  • A workout/yoga mat
  • Lots of water - Very Important!
  • Other friends who are looking for a killer workout!

Pratical Notice:              

Consider joining the mailing list below if you intend to train with the class, since this is our only way of letting you know about cancellations etc.. Don't worry about spam and other horrors, since we are not at all that sophisticated in computers!




Important:

Workout is always on even when it is raining, as our workout area is sheltered!! No problem - no excuses ;-)
